Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Intent. By using the service, you accept these Terms and any applicable order form. If terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Agreement Snapshot

AI outputs require human review before merge.
Abusive or unlawful use is prohibited.
Liability is contractually limited.
Clause 1
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be authorized to connect data sources and repositories. You are responsible for your account, API actions, and all approvals executed from your workspace.
Clause 2
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use of the platform.
- No attempts to bypass security controls or approval gates.
- No submission of data you lack legal rights to process.
Clause 3
Integrations and Repository Actions
Connected systems are user-selected. Processing behavior depends on the active security mode. PR creation is available only in PR-scoped mode and requires explicit confirmation.
Clause 4
AI Outputs and Validation
Output quality can vary. You are responsible for testing, policy checks, and deployment decisions before any merge to production environments.
Clause 5
Intellectual Property
You retain rights in your data and repositories. Intent retains rights to the service and underlying platform.
Clause 6
Suspension and Termination
Intent may suspend service for material breach, security risk, legal obligation, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to contractual commitments.
Disclaimers and Liability
Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Intent does not guarantee error-free outputs or uninterrupted availability.
Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months, or USD 100 for free-tier users.
